The 2023 Annual Municipal Report

The 2023 Annual Municipal Report was presented to Council by staff at a Special Meeting of Council on June 26, 2024.

The Village of Burns Lake’s 2023 Annual Municipal Report provides an overview of the major achievements and significant projects undertaken or completed during the past year. It highlights the Municipal Objectives that guide the three-year Strategic Plan which is used to measure the Municipality’s progress.  The report also presents the Statement of Financial Information and a statement of permissive tax exemptions for 2023.

The Village Council will consider the Annual Report at the upcoming July 16, 2024, Regular Meeting of Council.  Copies are available at the link below and in person at the front counter of the Village Office between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday at #15-3rd Ave, Burns Lake.

All submissions or questions related to the 2023 Annual Report received prior to noon on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, will be presented to Council for their consideration at the July 16, meeting.  Questions or comments should be addressed to Mayor and Council and may be submitted in the following ways:
