Lifesaving Society ‘Swim for Life’ program at the Houston Leisure Facility.

Meet our leaders at the Lakeside Multiplex in the morning; the bus leaves at 9:00am.

Day 1 will include swim assessments for all participants to determine skill level. 30 minute lesson with Houston instructors and free swim time with our leaders before/after your lesson set.

After the swim, we will have lunch at the park before heading back home. Will be back at the Lakeside Multiplex by 2:30pm.

Please pack a lunch, water bottle, snacks, swim gear, dry clothes and good shoes for playing in.
