Official Community Plan

That the Corporation of the Village of Burns Lake Official Community Plan be amended by deleting the words “and public utilities” at the end of the description of uses included for the Heavy Industrial designation in Chapter 12, Section 12.2, and replacing them with the words “public utilities, and medical cannabis production facilities” so that the Heavy Industrial paragraph in Section 12.2 of Chapter 12 now reads as follows:

Section 12.2 Present and Proposed Land Use Plan Designations Heavy Industrial

The Heavy Industrial designation includes manufacturing, assembly, processing machining, fabricating, repair, trucking storage, public utilities and medical cannabis production facilities.
