So that the Village of Burns Lake receives 100% of the billed amount, a service fee (which covers the cost of processing the credit card) will be assessed to the paying party. The Village of Burns Lake has entered into an agreement with a third party (NxgenCanada) to provide the processing of credit card payments. The Village does not earn any revenue from the service fee. This payment with service fee option is offered as a service to our residents who wish to pay by credit card while ensuring that residents who do not wish to pay by credit card do not have to cover the costs of providing this service.

For clarity, all payment made will be applied to the oldest outstanding balance first.

Please ensure that you have your folio, PID or street address, for the property you are making a payment for, in advance of beginning the process as well as the amount you wish to pay and your credit card information.
